12^th World Conference

     The 12th World Conference of the International Council for Education of People with Visual Impairment (ICEVI) was held at the Putra World Trade Centre, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from 16 to 21 July 2006. The Malaysian Association for the Blind was the Host Organisation of this conference.
