ICEVI SECRETARIAT IN INDIA:
The Policy Document adopted in 1997 at Sao Paulo, advocated the appointment of a full time paid Secretary General with a Secretariat to improve the communication and accessibility of ICEVI. The Meeting of the ICEVI ExCo held in May in Mexico, 2001, decided that due to the huge financial responsibility involved in setting up of the Secretariat, so late in the Quinquennium; it would be better to strengthen the office of the ICEVI Secretary, Mrs. Nandini Rawal, who is based in India. Nandini will be helped by persons with disabilities who are trained computer programmes and DTP Specialists. They will help to manage the following:-
