ROLES OF PRINCIPLE OFFICERS (POs)

The ICEVI has five Principal Officers - namely; President, Vice President, Past President, Secretary and Treasurer. The roles of these POs have been defined to improve the effectiveness, accountability and accessibility of the ICEVI. This role demarcation has also helped to improve clarity and understanding of persons and agencies dealing with the ICEVI.

The role distribution is thus:

 

President:- Management of Regions, liaison with INGOs, Fund

Raising, Overall Administration

Vice President:- Chairs the Publications Committee and has overall responsibility for all ICEVI publications including The Educator and the ICEVI Website.

Past President:- International relations

Secretary:- Updating and management of database and other

publicity material, general correspondence, Reports and Minutes.

Treasurer:- Chairs the Finance Committee and is responsible for overall financial and Fundraising
