ICEVI HANDBOOK

It was acknowledged that ICEVI needs to do a better job in the remainder of the Quinquennium with internal and external communication at all levels. Better communication amongst ICEVI Officers and between International NGOs and traditional donors of the ICEVI to be achieved through a six monthly newsletter called the ICEVI Newsline .

It was decided that it might be helpful to Regional Chairs and other ExCo & ICC Members if we were to pull together all relevant documents into a single volume for easy reference. The contents of the Handbook ( which will be regularly updated and added to) will be;

• ICEVI Policy Paper 1997
• Articles of Association
• Proposed new constitution to be reviewed and discussed at next ExCo Meeting
• Role Description of Regional Chairs and their Regional Committee
• Roles and Responsibilities of POs
• Updated list of ExCo & ICC Members
• Website Guidelines with a note from Victor
• The ICEVI publicity portfolio with a note that the outdated inserts may be replaced with new names of ICEVI POs and Regional Chairs and their Committees
• Database Guidelines
• Funding Guidelines

• A list of ICEVI Publications and Regional Newsletters.

At this time, we are happy to inform you that this Handbook has already been compiled and posted to all members of the EXCO and ICC by the ICEVI Secretary, Mrs. Nandini Rawal.
