Introductory Statement
In December 2000, a group of INGO's working in Vietnam met in the Netherlands to discuss ways to improve the exchange of information and foster collaboration between organizations and with our Vietnamese partners. This webpage is one outcome of that meeting. The webpage seeks contributions from any organization working in Vietnam to improve and expand access to education and rehabilitation services for persons with visual impairment. This webpage is also intended to provide the reader with brief information on the work being carried out by participating INGO's in Vietnam and to direct them to sources of further information.
